Tile Connect is a free online game. Clear pairs of identical tiles linked within two turns. Play instantly — no install, no waiting. It runs entirely in your browser — no download or sign-up needed.
Multiple rows and columns of colored squares are arranged on the screen. Click three or more horizontally or vertically connected squares of the same color to eliminate them. After elimination, the box above will fall down to fill the empty space, and new boxes will be replenished from the top. If a new connection is formed after falling, chain elimination will be triggered to earn extra points.
The strategy is to prioritize the manufacture of large areas of the same color, and the more you eliminate at one time, the higher the score. Chain elimination has a multiplier bonus and doubles the score. Some versions have special squares: rainbow blocks can eliminate all colors, and bombs can blow up a circle around them.
Time-limited mode requires the target score to be reached before the countdown ends. Elimination animations use CSS transition to achieve the falling effect, and match detection uses depth-first search to traverse connected same color blocks.
In the elimination and entertainment type game, click on three or more connected identical color blocks to eliminate them. After elimination, the upper box falls and fills them, and a chain of points is scored.
